The climate here is predominantly Mediterranean. The predominant soil types in the Western Cape are granite, shale and sandstone. The age of the vines reaches 10-11 years. The yield does not exceed 12 t / ha. The grapes harvested at the time of optimum ripeness are macerated for 4 days on the skins, and then fermented at a controlled temperature in steel vats with regular pumping of the must.
